Worst complex and management is horrible
Set within a convenient neighborhood, Park Shadow Apartment Homes is close to schools, dining, shopping, banks and the I-10, 303 and 101 Freeways. Enjoy the amenities you deserve by relaxing at our beautiful pool, picnic areas and tot lot. Take a stroll amid the mature landscaping and park like setting of our community. At Park Shadows we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, quality community and friendly neighborhood. Escape the Arizona heat and enjoying living in our 38 acre community filled with trees! At Park Shadows we offer charming single story duplex and fourplex homes, with available 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms layouts.
The new management company is raising the rent close to two hundred dollars. And the most heartbreaking situation of all; they are cutting down an estimated total of 400 trees. One of the MAIN reasons my family and I moved into this community was because of the trees and the "North/Prescott feel." I understand that we recently had a bad storm that caused a tree to fall into someone home.

So in response the former management company decided to take down some 'high risk' trees to prevent any future damage to a home and/or resident; and this action is completely understandable. In the past I would have written a good review without the bribe... But now I wouldn't write a good review even if they offered to pay my whole rent which is well over 1,000 a month.. I miss the way this place used to be and probably won't stay here much longer; along with many of my neighbors, we all agree... Park Shadows Apartments in Goodyear offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.
